2025-12-19

Regular inspection: Check the wear of the sprocket teeth and the elongation of the chain every 500 hours (replace if it exceeds 1.5%).
Lubrication maintenance: Add lithium based grease every 200 hours, and switch to molybdenum disulfide grease in high-temperature environments.
Tension adjustment: Maintain the pre tension of the chain through a tensioning device to avoid tooth skipping or excessive wear.
Replacement standard: When the tooth thickness wear exceeds 20% of the original thickness or the tooth shape is deformed, the sprocket needs to be replaced.
