The spline shaft is a key component used for transmitting torque in mechanical transmission. It is interlocked with the keyway on the rotating part through the splines on the shaft, achieving synchronous rotation and power transmission.
At the same time, it has the characteristics of fixed position, impact resistance, adaptability to longitudinal sliding, and easy maintenance.
The spline shaft is engaged with the corresponding keyway on the rotating parts (such as gears and couplings) through the longitudinal keyway (spline) on the surface of the shaft body, transmitting torque from the driving end to the driven end, ensuring stable operation of the mechanical system.
